General Rules and Site Use

Welcome to the Silesia Performance Lab website. This document sets clear rules on how you can browse our service and use our materials. We have been operating in Katowice since March 2017. If you are here, you accept these terms without exception. Our headquarters is at 50 Chorzowska Street, from where we help IT companies organize their technical SEO and analytics. We don't promise miracles, but we play fair and expect the same from visitors to our domain. All content, from service descriptions to case studies, is our intellectual property. We do not allow copying without written consent. We respect your time, so we write specifically and to the point. These terms apply to every user, whether looking for an audit or just reading our blog. We check facts and ensure that the information here is up-to-date and true. Use of the site is voluntary but requires adherence to good business practices.

Service Scope and Cooperation Model

We specialize in hard data. Our offer is primarily technical SEO audits, GA4 configuration, and lead generation for the IT sector. We start every project with a Discovery Call, which usually lasts 45 minutes. This allows us to determine if we can actually help you earn more. Since September 2017, we have served 41 technology companies using a proven work model. An audit sprint takes exactly 10 business days. During this time, we screen 147 technical points on your site. Data speaks for itself – we work on specifics, not assumptions. We provide services based on separate agreements that detail the scope of work. We do technical SEO that works, but success also depends on your commitment. If your programmers do not implement the task list we provide, the audit will remain just a document on a disk. Cooperation with us is a result-oriented process measured in conversions and quote inquiries.

Payments, Prices, and Billing

At Silesia Performance Lab, we prioritize full financial transparency. We don't use hidden costs or convoluted contracts. A one-time audit sprint costs 4,850 PLN net. If you need constant support in lead generation and analytics maintenance, the rate starts from 6,200 PLN net per month. All amounts provided on the site are informative; the offer sent by email is binding. We issue invoices after completing a given work stage or according to the schedule set in the main agreement. The standard payment term is 7 days. Since March 2017, we have ensured that every zloty spent by a client is reflected in the report. If you are late with payment, we reserve the right to suspend work on your project. We don't look for excuses in work and expect the same in settlements. A specific audit is specific profits, so we care about punctuality on both sides. All prices are net prices, to which VAT is added in accordance with Polish regulations.

Responsibility and Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that we perform every audit with the utmost care, checking 147 technical parameters. However, you should know that we have no direct influence on how Google changes its algorithms. The results of our actions depend largely on the speed and accuracy of the fix implementations by your developers. We do not take responsibility for traffic drops resulting from third-party errors or lack of access to necessary analytical data. In 2023, we conducted 89 audits and know that success is the sum of correct code and good data. Our financial liability for possible damages is limited to the amount of remuneration paid for the project. We check facts and provide instructions that have worked in the IT industry for years. Data speaks for itself – where our analytics is correctly connected to CRM, the company has full control over the budget. We are not responsible for lost profits if the audit recommendations were not put into practice within 30 days of receiving them.

Changes to Terms and Contact

The technology industry moves fast, so we also update our rules. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The last update took place on November 15, 2024. New provisions take effect upon their publication on this subpage. We encourage you to check back here once a quarter to stay up-to-date.
